By placing an order, you are purchasing an item(s) on and subject to the following T&Cs:
We amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Each time you wish to place an order with HEDACOLLECTION, please ensure you check these terms to ensure you understand which will apply to you at that time.
We reserve the right to amend these terms.

Your contract of sale:
Our site pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to successfully place your order. This process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your final order. Please take the time to re check all the details of your order at each point of the process, before clicking 'Confirm and Pay' - as after this point, you will not be able to amend your order.
After you place an order by clicking 'Confirm and Pay', you will receive an e-mail from us via the email address you provided, acknowledging that we have received your order. We will then send you a further email to confirm that the items have been despatched, along with a tracking number for you to track your order each step of the way.
Please note that items are subject to our availability. If an item is mistakenly out of stock for any unforeseen reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be issued a full refund on this specific item.
We reserve the right to refuse an order - for example, if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information, including price or promotion or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. If we are unable to supply you with an item in these circumstances we will inform you of this via email.
The images of items on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen display of the colours accurately reflect the genuine colour of the items.
Prices for items may change from time to time without notice, this may be due to an increase in manufacture or factory costs on our re stocks or an increase in freight or delivery charges. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed & despatched.
The price of all Items on our site include VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller, however the price of individual Items do not include any delivery charges.
